As a Client Services Associate, you will investigate, coordinate resolution and track escalated inquiries from clients, providers, attorneys, and partner organizations; distribute customer satisfaction surveys; communicate effectively with agents, brokers, and policy holders concerning issues or problems; compile and distribute survey results; assist client employees with lost checks; educate them regarding documentation required, time frames, payment information, and claim status; act as a liaison in solving escalated problems related to workers' compensation process and service; and contribute to achieving client-driven performance objectives and service standards within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Distribute customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results
  • Assist clients with lost checks and provide education on documentation requirements
  • Solve escalated problems related to workers' compensation process and service

The estimated salary for this role is $92,320 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and $22/hour wage.
