Customer Service Representative | Financial Services Expert

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in this endeavor by building lasting relationships with our diverse customer base and ensuring seamless transactions.
About the RoleThis is a fast-paced environment where you'll be responsible for forging connections with customers, reviewing and processing transactions with accuracy, and offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle. You'll also maintain customer information with precision and integrity into our Point-of-Sale system.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for building new business through inbound and outbound call campaigns, assisting with customer account management and collections, and maintaining internal and external store appearance. You'll uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and peers
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Background check required (subject to applicable law)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, which frequently include standing for extended periods and moving light weights

The estimated salary for this position is $20.00 per hour.
