Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Program Manager to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage in Dallas, OR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and administering all aspects of rehabilitation services for our communities, while also maintaining a clinical caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our residents and communities.

• Manage and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and rehabilitation technicians.

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our rehabilitation services.

• Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, social services, and activities, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to resident care.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in our rehabilitation services.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in rehabilitation services.

• Provide education and training to staff on rehabilitation techniques, best practices, and industry developments.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's mission and goals.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, or healthcare administration.

• Current licensure as an occupational therapist or physical therapist in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a rehabilitation setting.

• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in rehabilitation services.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Willingness to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.

• Ability to travel occasionally for training, meetings, and other work-related activities.
