The Educational Instructor is responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that foster students' mastery of the English language. This role involves cultivating an appreciation for literature and enhancing students' verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with educational standards and curriculum objectives.
- Create instructional materials and resources tailored to meet diverse student needs.
- Select and procure relevant educational resources and supplies.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to address different learning styles and academic levels.
- Incorporate technology effectively to enhance the learning experience.
- Instruct students in grammar, vocabulary, and other essential components of the English language.
- Encourage a deep understanding and appreciation of literature among students.
- Facilitate the development of students' verbal skills through reading, discussion, and debate.
- Support students in improving their writing abilities.
- Promote critical thinking and independent learning.
- Establish a safe and adaptable classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage collaboration among students in group activities.

Qualifications:
