Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the development of design solutions that drive growth for iFLY. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who will bring methodical thinking to craft design solutions and move fluidly between mediums: web experiences, email, digital and social media, print collateral, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop thoughtful web experiences, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs and polished assets (icons, illustrations, etc)
  • Drive design solutions for iFLY product launches, sales, marketing, and internal communication programs, from conception to execution across web, email, print, and environmental graphics
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop and translate personas, behaviors, goals, and challenges into web and digital journeys
  • Maintain and evolve brand and graphic standards for iFLY
  • Assist in photography selection and editing for campaigns and product launch
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience creating digital design solutions and website experiences
  • Must have advanced skills in design software: Adobe Creative Suite; Figma or Sketch
  • Must have strong sense of typography, color, layout, designing within systems
  • Must have strong photo editing skills
  • Comfortable designing websites and graphics from scratch (no templates)
  • Knowledge of designing for print layouts and signage a plus
  • Must have wide portfolio of execution across UX, web, and omni-channel campaigns
