[Key Responsibilities]

As a member of the Central Banking and Development Division within the Information Technology Department, you will manage systems that support reserves and security management. Your role will encompass:

  • Leading an Applications team, focusing on:

  • Engaging with senior stakeholders across business and technology sectors:

  • Owning and managing a suite of application systems and digital services:
    • Overseeing a portfolio of applications and services.
  • Providing leadership in solution design:
    • Conducting business analysis and functional design to derive actionable insights into operations.

    • Designing solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
    • Co-developing the business case for solutions with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring project and product delivery quality:
    • Planning and managing IT projects to align with business objectives within defined scope, cost, and schedule.
    • Assuring the quality of systems and applications through established quality management practices.
  • Overseeing operations and maintenance, including user support:
    • Ensuring reliable operations of applications and digital services.
    • Conducting maintenance and technology lifecycle management.
    • Implementing user support and enablement activities to maximize system value.
  • Managing governance, risk, and compliance:
    • Ensuring adherence to ICT governance policies and standards.
    • Establishing quality mechanisms across applications and systems.

[Candidate Profile]

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience in system portfolio and application management, IT business analysis, solution design, project management, and system operations.
  • Proven experience in managing projects and product development using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in establishing vendor contracts and managing IT vendor performance.
  • Expertise in IT business analysis, software quality management, and applications technology (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf software).
  • Familiarity with trade management processes and financial instruments is advantageous.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of multitasking and delivering timely results.
  • Effective people management skills with a positive attitude and drive.
