Job Summary

SunOpta is seeking a highly skilled Aseptic Mixer I to join our team at our Midlothian, TX facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for mixing a variety of non-dairy based liquid products, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix a variety of non-dairy based liquid products through written batch records and verbal instructions
  • Ensure quality and efficiency standards are met through reduced scrap loss and yield improvements
  • Follow written and verbal procedures to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
  • Assume responsibility for the filling area efficiencies, safety, quality, and follow all GMP and PPE requirements
  • Effectively communicate verbal and written information relevant to the position at the site
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment
  • Ability to set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Working Conditions

This position will be in a production/manufacturing environment. The role may require lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Good attendance record and ability to work a 12-hour shift are required.
