Job Summary

The Aseptic Mixer I will be responsible for mixing a variety of non-dairy based liquid products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mixing and blending of non-dairy based liquid products according to written batch records and verbal instructions
  • Ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met through reduced scrap loss and yield improvements
  • Following written and verbal procedures to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
  • Assuming responsibility for the filling area efficiencies, safety, and quality following all GMP and PPE requirements
  • Effectively communicating verbal and written information relevant to the position at the site
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment
  • Ability to set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Working Conditions

This role will be based in the SunOpta plant in Midlothian, TX, and will require working a night shift (6 pm to 6:30 am) on a 2-2-3 pattern. The physical demands of this role include lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
