Key Responsibilities- Assist in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all equipment related to the hospital
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Perform corrective maintenance tasks to address equipment issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to calls with the appropriate sense of urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and document any issues or concerns
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of related experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
- Experience reading and understanding basic blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Experience troubleshooting and analyzing issues associated with equipment maintenance
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The incumbent may be required to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a variety of settings, including patient care areas.
