This role is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all equipment related to the hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and be able to complete corrective maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all equipment related to the hospital
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Perform corrective maintenance tasks to address equipment issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to calls with the appropriate sense of urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and document any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years of related experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
  • Experience reading and understanding basic blueprints, schematics, and specifications
  • Experience troubleshooting and analyzing issues associated with equipment maintenance
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The incumbent may be required to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a variety of settings, including patient care areas.
