Manufacturing Office Coordinator

Laminar Flow Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing office, you will be responsible for maintaining office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our business operations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Provide administrative support, including answering multi-line phones, responding to emails, and preparing shipping paperwork.
- Input and export orders through MAS 100, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist with inventory control, billing, and financial duties, including purchasing and expense management.
- Prepare and send constant contact blasts, schedule shipments with carriers, and perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing business office environment.
- Proficiency in Sage MAS 100, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
