Key duties encompass directing safety and environmental protocols, diagnosing maintenance challenges, ensuring the functionality of production equipment and facilities, managing maintenance expenditures, and optimizing equipment efficiency. This role is associated with MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC. (MNAe).

Core Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee a preventive and predictive maintenance framework
  • Ensure a robust preventive maintenance timetable and manage mechanical inventories with a focus on safety
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration internally and occasionally with external partners to ensure project success
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing workflow and its operational demands
  • Examine and rectify discrepancies in partnership with stakeholders utilizing Root Cause Analysis methodologies
  • Work alongside technical and operational teams to revise operational documentation as required
  • Design and conduct training sessions for manufacturing personnel
  • Monitor and evaluate metrics to enhance equipment performance
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance or process challenges to improve reliability and operational uptime
  • Investigate innovative technologies for assets and support their implementation
  • Adopt best practices concerning maintenance, safety, and environmental issues
  • Carry out additional related responsibilities as needed

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least five years of relevant technical experience in engineering
Skills and Competencies:
  • Expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of Robotics, PLC, and VFDs
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Auto CAD, and SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective in managing feedback and assembling internal teams for solutions
  • Collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
