Position Overview
The Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology at Marquette University is actively seeking qualified candidates for a non-tenure track faculty role within the Speech-Language Pathology program. This position offers the opportunity to engage in both full-time and part-time employment.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing a clinical caseload focused on school-aged and adolescent clients.
  2. Supervising undergraduate and graduate student practicums.
  3. Ensuring high standards of clinical education and ethical service delivery in alignment with accreditation requirements.
  4. Assisting with additional departmental duties as assigned by leadership.

This role is designed to support the clinical training provided in the graduate program, with an emphasis on quality clinical services.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in speech-language pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC/SLP).
  • A valid Wisconsin State License to practice speech-language pathology or immediate eligibility.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a clinical speech-language pathologist.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supervising student practicums or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates is highly desirable.

Additional Information
This position may also involve teaching responsibilities at the undergraduate and graduate levels, mentoring students, and participating in service activities within the department and university.
