We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at AccentCare, Inc. in a Home Health setting.

Coverage Area: St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Orange Park

Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per year

This position is paid on a per-visit basis, with an estimated annual compensation of $75,000-$85,000.

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
