Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, adhering to your scope of practice and individual competency.
  • Collaborate with patients' care teams, including physicians, supervisors, coworkers, and other medical providers.
  • Practice safety and universal precautions, infection control, and use appropriate protective equipment to protect patients and yourself.
  • Participate in NurseCore's education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Nevada.
  • Current CPR certification in compliance with the American Heart Association standards.
  • One year of nursing experience or completion of the Nurse Residency Program.
  • Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
  • Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience.
