Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an SLP, you will work with students from 4th to 12th grade, conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine their speech and language abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress and integration of therapy goals into the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and IEP updates.
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings to review student progress and contribute to goal setting.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
  • Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with students in a school-based setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality speech-language services to students.
