Overview

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including receiving and verifying invoices, preparing batches of invoices for payments, data entering invoices for payment, processing backup reports after data entry, managing check runs completed on specific days, maintaining updated vendor files and codes, and monitoring and answering phones.

This position is perfect for those with previous experience as an accounting clerk, specifically with accounts payable/receivable skills.

Responsibilities
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions
- Prepare batches of invoices for payments
- Data enter invoices for payment
- Process backup reports after data entry
- Manage the check runs completed on specific days
- Maintain updated vendor files and codes
- Monitor and answer phones
