• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs to develop individualized care plans.

• Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in Virginia or a compact state
  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher degree in Nursing
  • 2 years of postpartum nursing experience preferred
