Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview: The role involves the assembly of component parts in accordance with blueprint specifications, followed by testing of the assembled parts as per the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive job orders and instructions from the supervisor.
  • Execute a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct testing of assembled components to meet product specifications.
  • Perform necessary repair work in compliance with FAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Monitor clean room particle levels.
  • Interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Assemble components according to detailed specifications.
  • Create setups for assembly, whether simple or complex.
  • Follow ATP procedures for testing parts, if applicable.
  • Document test results accurately.
  • Test parts sourced externally and provide assistance as needed.
  • Support team efforts to meet production schedules.
  • Adhere to company policies and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
  • Assist in various tasks to fulfill production requirements.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in assembly work is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical school education is preferred.
