Wood Assembly Specialist

Triad Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Wood Assembly Specialist to join our woodworking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling wooden components and structures according to specifications, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble wood parts and components to create furniture, cabinetry, or other wooden products based on blueprints or instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to cut, shape, and fit wooden pieces.
- Inspect wood parts for defects and ensure that all joints and connections are secure and precise.
- Sand, finish, and prepare wooden products for final assembly or finishing.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
- Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, or wood assembly.
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery (saws, sanders, drills, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts and intricate designs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when needed.
