Job Summary

PFEs is seeking an experienced Capital Projects Leader to lead the delivery of large capital projects in our generation management department. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Maintain effective communication with project teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in generation and large capital project management.
  • Strong contract negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated history of safe performance, active safety involvement, and participation.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $240,000 per year, based on location and experience.
