About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of large-scale capital projects. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute projects, focusing on risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, focusing on risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years' experience in large capital project management, preferably in the energy sector
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with zero safety incidents
  • Strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence others

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of $125,000, plus bonus and benefits. Our comprehensive benefits program includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
