Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Duke Health Integrated Practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient intake and administrative tasks, including vital sign collection, data entry, and patient communication.
  • Assist with clinical procedures, such as vaccinations, specimen collection, and EKGs, under the supervision of our medical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program, preferably with certification from a recognized organization.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
