Job Opportunity

Volt has partnered with a global manufacturer to identify a Reporting and Program Admin Assistant for a long-term temporary position in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support approximately 300-400 Field Personnel in the Domestic U.S. & Canada
  • Manage customer contracted Third Party Service reporting and compliance
  • Set up and update Field Employees in customer Third-Party Service portals
  • Establish and maintain recurring reports, including customer survey / questionnaire completion in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance tracking and data management, including proof of compliance to meet customer and third-party requirements
  • Process applicable invoices for Third-Party Service Portals
Requirements
  • Experience handling confidential records and information
  • Strong computer literacy; Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word / Excel / Teams / SharePoint / PowerPoint) including experience with at least one electronic data management system
  • Multi-tasking ability required
  • Ability to perform tasks with promptness, timeliness, and dependability
Compensation

Pay rate: $28.50/hr

**Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
