The successful candidate will provide comprehensive mental health services to patients in a correctional setting, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health issues.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address patients' mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans to ensure patient safety.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active independent mental health professional license in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
  • Two years' experience working with individuals with mental illness preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance.
