**Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity with BAYADA Home Health Care**

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities throughout Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth, VA.

As a per diem Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services to clients in their homes. Your expertise will be essential in helping patients overcome speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Makes home visits to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients.
  • Develops personalized treatment plans based on client evaluations and physician orders.
  • Educates patients, family members, and caregivers on necessary care and activities to promote health and safety.

Requirements:

  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in VA.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
