  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that the inventory of supplies is adequate and that all machinery is in good working order.
  • Security Protocols: Ensure that security protocols are followed when opening and closing gaming machines.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide coaching, counseling, and recommendations for recognition to encourage excellent performance in all areas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and regulatory agency personnel.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in casino Hard or Soft count Operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory experience and strong leadership skills required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, and knowledge of finance/cage related management, information and reporting systems preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
Working Environment

The selected candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced casino environment, with regular exposure to risks associated with travel between buildings and back and forth to other areas as may be required due to business demands.
