Job Overview:
As a Walmart Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, overseeing daily activities, and making strategic decisions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Salary:
Hourly Wage: $19 - $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
