Job Opportunity: Kitchen Prep Assistant

Spruce Lake Ministries is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Prep Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food preparation are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, including salad bar, yogurt bar, and cutting/dicing vegetables.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Support the dish room and dining hall as needed or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-player attitude and servant heart.
  • Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 70 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
