Your Role as Deli Manager

As the Deli Department Manager at Brookhaven Market, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations. This includes ensuring high product quality standards, managing a dedicated team, and driving sales to meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional food preparation and presentation standards
  • Effectively handle inventory to ensure freshness and availability
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to uphold the integrity of our offerings

Your Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you'll need experience in a deli or food service environment, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in using relevant software tools for inventory management and sales tracking is also essential.
