In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, playing a vital role in ensuring a friendly and effective service experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming inquiries from clients and potential customers
  • Facilitating transactions and addressing customer inquiries
  • Gaining knowledge about our offerings to enhance customer support
  • Routing calls to the correct department as needed

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in customer service
  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • The capability to engage effectively with individuals from various backgrounds
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Fluency in Spanish is an added advantage.
