Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Site Management: Supervise and manage subcontractors and construction teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues, ensuring that all construction work meets the required standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports and change orders, to facilitate effective project management.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software and tools, and OSHA certification is preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and a passion for construction.
