Requirements
  • Understanding of excellent customer service standards and procedures
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative documents
  • Preferred bilingual proficiency in Polish or Spanish
  • Availability to work weekday afternoon shifts (3:20 PM - 9:00 PM) and one weekend day shift (7:45 AM - 4:00 PM)
  • Successful completion of Swim Instructor training during the initial onboarding process (training provided on-site)
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage student check-in and organization, ensuring proper class placement within the pool deck area. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for families. Sanitize equipment as needed.
  • Take attendance of students and communicate with the Head Receptionist regarding any absences.
  • Assist in teaching beginner-level swim lessons (full training provided).
  • Organize and sanitize equipment for swim instructors throughout the shift.
  • Support the processing of in-person enrollments.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and safe facility.
  • Process transactions for retail goods sold at the facility.
  • Develop proficiency in basic software functionality (training provided).
  • Answer phone calls as needed.
  • Obtain Lifeguard/CPR certification within 60 days of hiring (training provided either on-site or off-site, with certification cost reimbursement).
