About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our waxing services, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
  • Offer expert advice on our waxing services, including product recommendations and after-care tips.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
