Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Certified Respiratory Therapist, you will collaborate with our healthcare team to provide high-quality respiratory services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering routine treatment modalities such as CPT and nebulizer treatments in accordance with physician directives.
- Setting up and monitoring oxygen therapy based on physician orders.
- Collecting arterial blood gas samples, conducting analyses, and communicating results to the physician.
- Managing ventilator settings, including BiPAP and CPAP adjustments.
- Conducting weaning parameters and performing extubations.
- Carrying out EKGs and pulmonary function tests (PFTs).
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CRT/RRT).
- A current and valid license in good standing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
