Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year
About the Role: We're seeking an experienced ITAR/DFARS Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITAR/DFARS compliance, with a proven track record of success in establishing ITAR/DFARS compliant units for Foreign companies in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for establishing ITAR/DFARS compliant units for Foreign companies in the US.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consulting and solutions opportunities in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Foster digital strategy and Road Map definition, and assume a business/functional lead role in industry-specific IT products and solutions.
Requirements:
- 20+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 10 years in core areas like Defense ITAR/DFARS/FedRAMP experience with DoD or USAF or Defense Manufacturing Industry or Defense IT consulting.
- Active security clearance is preferred.
- Experience in top consulting firms and expertise in new-age digital technologies like AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Data analytics is preferred.
Work Environment: This role requires frequent travel and work at different client locations in the USA. The ideal location for this role is any big US city, with a preference for DC, Dallas, Seattle, or Los Angeles.
