Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team in a dynamic laboratory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests and procedures with high accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform laboratory procedures accurately and promptly according to hospital and departmental policies.
• Handle duties in the Pre-Analytic, Analytic, and Post-Analytic phases in the Laboratory Path of Workflow.
• Share responsibility for delegating work assignments in the absence of a supervisor or lead.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA standards for high and moderate complexity testing.

• Bachelor's degree and successful completion of a Medical Technology program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA).
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's of Science degree in a laboratory-related science such as Biology or Chemistry with equivalent training, education, and experience.
• One year of full-time clinical laboratory experience.
• Working knowledge of general types of laboratory equipment and familiarity with LIS, calculators, fax, and auto analyzers.
• Basic computer skills.

• Experience in blood bank, hematology, oncology, microbiology, and molecular biology.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art facility and software in a rapidly growing lab.

Our laboratory offers a clean, modern, and well-equipped working environment with advanced technology and software. You will work Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotating weekend shifts.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
