Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality work consistently and at an acceptable pace, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Reliably report to work on time and notify your team of any absences prior to the start of the working day, demonstrating responsibility and accountability.
  • Greet clients professionally and explain the day's procedure, establishing trust and confidence with customers.
  • Listen to customers' concerns and offer professional recommendations to satisfy those concerns, showcasing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Use Chem-Dry's proprietary hot carbonating extraction cleaning process and other applications as trained, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Notify clients when complete and expertly explain any unusual findings and answer questions, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Complete all required forms accurately and on time, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in upgrading sales to current customers, leveraging existing relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Follow route assignment and drive safely, prioritizing road safety and responsible driving practices.
Compensation:

$15.00-$17.00 per hour
