About the Job:

This is a full-time/part-time position as a Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaner in Texas. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality work consistently and at an acceptable pace, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reliably report to work on time and notify your team of any absences prior to the start of the working day.
  • Greet clients professionally and explain the day's procedure, setting clear expectations and building trust.
  • Listen to customers' concerns and offer professional recommendations to satisfy those concerns, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Use Chem-Dry's proprietary hot carbonating extraction cleaning process and other applications as trained, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Notify clients when complete and expertly explain any unusual findings and answer questions, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Complete all required forms accurately and on time, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in upgrading sales to current customers, leveraging existing relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Follow route assignment and drive safely, prioritizing road safety and responsible driving practices.
Qualifications:
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, demonstrating basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Write short, detailed correspondence, communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Effectively present information to clients in one-on-one and small group settings, showcasing excellent public speaking skills.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Show a safe driving record and reliable transportation, meeting essential requirements for the role.
  • Lift 60-100 pounds using proper lifting technique, adhering to physical demands of the job.
  • Perform duties safely, effectively, and with great care for customer belongings and home, upholding company values.
  • Pass a drug screen test, ensuring a safe working environment.
Compensation:

$15.00-$17.00 per hour
