Job Summary

We're seeking a high-performing Route Sales Representative to join our team. As an RSR, you'll be responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage daily tasks, and increase sales by expanding shelf space and creating in-store promotions. You'll work hand-in-hand with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction, using data and marketing plans to drive growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Sales experience.
  • Delivery experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and documented safe driving record.
  • Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
  • Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV.
  • Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training).
  • Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
