UCHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology Unit team at Greeley Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality care to patients with moderate to high acuity.
Responsibilities- Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing evidence-based care models and specialty certification standards.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a safe and quality-focused work environment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of unit-based initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
