About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and experience with data systems development.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development, preferably with WODM experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will code software applications based on business requirements.
  • They will work independently, interpreting requirements and determining the best course of action.
  • They will standardize quality assurance procedures for software.
  • They will oversee testing and debugging, developing fixes as needed.
  • They will research complaints, making adjustments and recommendations to resolve complex software issues.
  • They will understand department, segment, and organizational strategy, including their linkages to related areas.
  • They will make decisions regarding work methods, requiring minimal direction and receiving guidance when needed.
  • They will follow established guidelines and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop independently.
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development, preferably with WODM experience.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Domain.
  • Knowledge of any one Database.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Able to coordinate well across all teams.
