Event Management Intern

Westfield is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Management Intern to join our team. As an Event Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events, including logistics, vendor management, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Logistics and Management: Assist in the planning and execution of event logistics, including attendee registration, transportation, accommodations, food and beverage, technology, and production.
  • Communication and Coordination: Timely communication of event details to operations or vendor partners on behalf of the Event Planner.
  • Event Execution: Execution of live, hybrid, or virtual corporate events, including pre and post-event needs.
  • Vendor Management: Pre and post-contract vendor management, including requests for quotes, coordination of vendor materials and services, and day-of-event planning liaison.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience.
  • Enrollment or Recent Graduation: Either actively enrolled in an academic institution in pursuit of a degree in a relevant course of study or is a recent college graduate, typically having attained a degree within the past 12 months.
  • Driver's License (for field roles): Valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.
