- Documenting phone messages

Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

- Prior experience in a medical office is essential.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records, particularly Eclinicalworks, is advantageous.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
- Proficient computer skills are necessary.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment is expected.
This role demands a candidate who is personable, possesses excellent phone etiquette, demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, is organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling various responsibilities. Experience with pediatric patients is a plus, along with a solid understanding of computer systems. A certificate in Medical Assisting is preferred.
