Job Summary

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal operating condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with vehicles and equipment
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Work with other technicians and supervisors to complete tasks and projects
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably in a fleet or industrial setting
  • CDL (Class A or B) preferred; certification in refrigeration or other relevant areas a plus
  • Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
