We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Technician to join our team at Summit Place of Kings Mtn., a part of Phoenix Senior Living.

**Responsibilities:**

* Monitor the health and well-being of our residents
* Provide leadership support and assistance with resident care and services
* Administer medication and assist with medication care
* Communicate with resident support services and families
* Maintain clinical quality assurance

**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Identify ongoing needs and services of residents through assessment and personalized service plans
* Ensure proper follow-through and documentation for residents with changes in clinical care needs
* Support the Wellness Nurse with completing clinical sections of monthly wellness visits and PSP
* Inform the Wellness Director and/or Executive Director of changes in medication or service level
* Assist with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly for each resident
* Provide resident care as needed

**Requirements:**

* Certified Medication Aide certification
* Minimum one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities
* Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing
* Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
