Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote water safety and enforce regulations effectively.
  • Engage with the public, educational staff, community organizations, and fellow aquatic personnel.
  • Utilize independent judgment and initiative in daily operations.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Experience working with children and youth in aquatic settings.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in aquatic activities, including training and education.
  • Understanding of human and child development principles.
  • Knowledge or experience in therapeutic recreation.

Special Requirements:

  • Certification in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, including CPR/AED/PR and First Aid.
  • Maintenance of First Aid and CPR/AED certification is essential.
