We are seeking a Snack Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelēz International in Gambrills, MD.

About the Job

As a Snack Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing Mondelēz International and its iconic brands, including Oreo, Ritz, LU, Clif Bar, and Tate's Bake Shop biscuits and baked snacks, as well as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka, and Toblerone chocolate.

  • You will work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

  • Hourly compensation rate of approximately $16 per hour based on relative experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Snack Sales Representative, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • To possess a positive and professional attitude and be self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • To have a strong ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations, with mileage reimbursed.
  • To perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities, such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • To have previous retail or grocery experience, preferably in a similar role.

This is a part-time position with a required schedule of Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
