Role Summary

We are seeking a National Security Trainer to empower our clients in utilizing our products effectively, fostering safer operational environments within diverse market sectors such as healthcare, education, and corrections. In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert, engaging with security professionals and leadership teams to provide guidance on enhancing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for clients on the application and operation of our Ferromagnetic Detection (FMD) products, both virtually and on-site.
  • Assist clients in formulating strategies and processes that leverage our technologies to bolster safety measures.
  • Develop and present engaging training materials and curriculum tailored for safety professionals and law enforcement agencies.
  • Perform on-site safety audits, delivering actionable insights to support clients' continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize travel for clients.
  • Provide feedback on product quality and usage scenarios to our engineering and product management teams.
  • Educate internal teams and partners on application strategies and deployment methods.
  • Engage in industry discussions, product demonstrations, and webinars to promote best practices.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key industry influencers to advocate for personnel safety.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years in a professional security role, including experience in law enforcement or correctional facilities.
  • Proficient in business process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, fostering relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and training materials to diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to navigate ambiguous situations with a high degree of independence.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in global markets and international business environments is a plus.

Education

  • Associate degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.
  • Completion of relevant security training academies is advantageous.

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 70% of the time.
