Key Responsibilities

  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and reduce the risk of accidents.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that all equipment and machinery meet the required specifications.
  • Communication: Collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and management to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong focus on safety and mechanical systems.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA or HVAC, is a plus.
Work Environment
