• Groom dogs to Scenthound standards while providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
• Create an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere among team members
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of new groomers
• Ensure efficient workflow and assist colleagues as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to Scenthound's sanitary and cleaning practices

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• At least 2 years of grooming experience or graduation from a reputable grooming school
• Detailed knowledge of various dog breeds, their specific needs, and required grooming techniques
• The ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A commitment to working in a smoke-free environment
